Jager Schnitzel (Venison) with Hunter Sauce 

Dear Jack, Best regards from 🇩🇪 Germany! Great variation of the classic "Jaegerschnitzel"! Regular Jägerschnitzel is made from veal or pork, like Wiener Schnitzel. The classic sauce is creamed pansauce with mushrooms and white onions. I am a hunter as well and your variation of Jägerschnitzel will enlarge my variety of preparing venison! Yours sincerely!
