The mining co was ordered to stop operations two years back but they just carried on.What did the gov do to enforce the order to prevent this calamity? and what happened to the Responsible persons who did not follow up on the Enforcement?Has anybody been arrested yet?Is the Taxpayer going to fund the new houses,underpants etc,etc?
