Regarding the rarest item in the game, WillMissIt made a video a few years back on extremely rare items (called top 10 rarest items & titles in runesape) including their remaining quantities. Broken tiara wasn't part of the video but if I had to guess why it's because it was either overlooked (it being completely unknown, unlike war ship) or the item as you said could have been deleted manually by Jagex. Anyway, thanks for the vid and the time and effort you put in it. Learned many new interesting things 😃
I feel like it's worth pointing out that Ash has said on multiple occasions they don't like doing roll backs and only do them for major major screw ups they don't often do rollbacks. They definitely don't do them for small mistakes
Jagex has a history of lieing and hiding massive mistakes from the public. Biggest includes jagex employees coding bugs specifically for players to abuse for gold sales but they are so scared of the game shutting down and getting sued they cover everything up! Lets go back to mod jed. Do u really think he was the only bad guy? U really think no1 else knew what he was doing???

3:29 Behind a combat quest i assume it was to level lock it. But they made it non tradeable because Law runes for teleporting where the most popular thing and thats what everyone farmed and ran and sold their were whole businesses behind law runes. They are not as they are today and not as valuable as they were after rune crafting was leveled by everyone. You use to have to farm them and such and it was profitable as hell.
Before the grand exchange, fairy rings, and free cooldown teleports, law runes could be sold individually for 1k to a buyer that's desperate enough. It's amazing how much leverage you can get on a person when the alternative is "fine, I'll walk the entire Priest in Peril route just to get back to Varrock."
That stock market idea sounds really cool. If they were to make some sort of new dwarf currency that isn't transferrable into gp in any way, it could probably have a decent shot of getting into the game.
Null was a bit of a joke from rsc, as players would log in sometimes the name would take a while to load and not instant load. And the name would read "Null" instead of the accounts actual mame
I have a bandos pendant, a glitch from "the chosen commander" quest. I think that's the one, the one with zaniks crossbow as a reward. That's gotta be super rare
There is noted trouble brewing items that you could only get on OSRS up until July 2020. I bet the amount of players who have one is very few, also they're tradable
Well Actually ™️ in rs3 theres a GE satellite office in prif, which is right by a lodestone (free tele destination) so if you have access to that theres not much use for the varrock one where Trade Parade plays dont know how much rs3 youve played so thought id mention it

And also when jagax made laws tradeable you could sell your broken tiaras but eventually got removed if i remember correctly cause that wasn't suppose to work that way. The broken tiaras wasn't suppose too be tradeable or sold in grand exchange the grand exchange was a bug and shit got rolled bqck as well or updated to fix those issues
I have my old windows 98 computer but idk how I’d get the caches sent to jagex? I’d love to send it to them cause I had an account that was glitched out. The accounts name was The Legs. Lolz and well all u could see of this account was its legs. Unless I tossed on some armor then they couldn’t tell… I sold so many iron plate legs for 300k to ppl…
Ali's associates actually do have a purpose in RS3, after you complete a certain quest (I forget which one) you can talk to Ali and unlock his rune shop and then 3 more shops that require you running around talking to different people. once you do this the local shops will complain about Ali's friends threatening them so you can go talk to one and confront Ali once you confirm the locals stories. it is required for the Master Quest Cape as well as the Completionist Cape in RS3.
Cache and runescape private server repacks are over a decade old. Not sure why people are digging up old drives when this is all available on reverse engineered servers. You can download snapshots of every runescape release with included cache. Sounds like these people are wasting their time doing stuff already done years ago.

I remember the female quote on quote hot female character and also the broken law tiara. And yes i can confirm the broken tiara people did just get rid of them. i myself also got rid of them i my self had a few back in those days but i also had 1 law tiara i dont know how many that happened too where if had more then one law tiara and when that update happen it either broke all your tiaras or broke all but 1 law tiara

Ayo jagex implement these rune platelegs for the female models out there it's fashion scape for sure like maybe even make it a kit of some sorts 2:35 nobody would not like it in 2022 standards.
I think they just put too much emphasis on it being a female character. Kind of makes it more cartoony than the game is. Nonetheless I'm sure people were offended lol.
I like when you had to interact with random events. Some times it was annoying especially when u were pking but I feel like they just added more to the game and the mystic feel of it.
