What a wonderful example of a British classic, I was born in this very year, and as a young boy in the 60's, My best friend and I loved the mk 2 Jaguars, and still do, Its those curves you know, If I ever came into a fortune, I would buy up all these wonderful classics, and open my own museum.Strictly only Jaguars.

I drove this on the Maine Turnpike at 120ph one summer day. At the higher speeds was when you really knew its quality- the way it held the road, the low growl as it ate up the miles! With that magnificent burled walnut instrument panel, and the roof down, it felt as if you were flying your plane! My Mercedes SL roadster is excellent. yes

In my opinion, for what it's worth, as gorgeous as theXK140 is the XK 120 was just that bit more Lilith, but a normal size 6-foot tall guy just could not fit into an XK120, but just about could in an XK140, by the time the XK150 arrived, the car had got too bulky.

Gorgeous, I love the xk 120/50s they had the soul and spirit of William Lyons cars up till the XJ series however the new jaguars are just boring Euro boxes with very little styling cues to dfferenciate them every other modern car. Most people would say OOH the F type is nice but it's overpriced and the interior is questionable. Given that this is my only opinion it's not written stone I mean some people by a new car after the manufacturer has taken hours polishing it and get it wrapped so it looks like it's come out a Quality Street tin. Winge over 😊
