I remember the media widely mocking the people criticizing Lawrence before the draft for not being a football junkie, but maybe there's something to that after all. The Manning's, Brady's, etc are all obsessed with football and getting better at it.

@@danielnoliveri4134 yes, but Pederson couldn’t make it work with Jalen Hurts, who’s a legit franchise QB. Makes me wonder if Pederson was just a flash in the pan and couldn’t adjust once defenses figured him out. Maybe Nick Foles deserves more credit than he got.

The only thing saving Lawence is Peterson and Wentz, this last 3 years looks a lot like Peterson's last 3 with the Eagles, it could be identical with 2 9-win seasons and a 4 win. He has the Colts and Bears and those are pickum games the way they are playing, and the Bears in particular are looking for wins to save their jobs. And Miami or Jags pick top 3 you go QB unless someone offers you a lot, then you still consider a QB if the one you wanted is still there, then it's you stink, get injured, the seasons over, the new guy is starting. They have big contracts but that is a fact if they start or not you still have a big contract, the bad QB situation gave you an opportunity to replace him and maybe get better, why be bad because of a contract, go find a deal.

Pederson has only one season with 10+ wins he's gotten fired why does everyone talk about him as if he's Andy Reid? Look trevor isn't consistent but I remember the media killing Sam darnold and baker and look at them now. Trevor never should of gone to jacksonville. Once he leaves that toxic franchise I believe he'll have a Kurt Warner kind of career maybe even better.

Kinda crazy to blame the offense when Bills score a TD on 5 straight possessions. But that offensive line was a turnstile and has been, their LT is getting owned and now Trevor is looking worse than ever.

I wouldn't fire Doug quite yet, even if they lose to the Texans and end up 0-4. The Jags have a pretty soft schedule for the rest of the season. There's still a chance they could end up in the playoffs if they win the easy games and pull off one or two upsets. I would hold off on firing Doug until it's clear that season is over. They've got a 3 game stretch of Colts, Bears, Patriots. If they can't make it to at least 3-4 by then, it's over.
