Dwayne Walker I kinda disagree because selectors are apart of the whole stakeholder model in music. They play a crucial part in the building of any artiste. You will never find an artiste dissing generally record labels because they know it might have severe implications on their careers. Yes you might have freedom of expression however freedom is very relative. Remember now that when we think of selectors we can't just narrow it down to the ones who play at street dances only because radio dj's are indeed selectors as well. What if they take offense collectively? Or he doesn't care if his music is played in Jamaica? More while yah fi humble nuh care how rich you think you are
Yeah I understand that about the radio DJs I’m with you on that part but at the end of the day we Jamaica know how we Jamaicans get when we get angry at the end of the day and also you and I know that the media is pushing this thing to another level you know but there is always a two side to the story I don’t agree with what Jah cure said about the DJs mother’s , but at the end of the day DJs do the same thing the only difference is it’s not all over social media and I think you understand what I’m saying
