♥️ Absolute fact. These are true voices you're hearing on stage and when you possess these types of vocal skills you're definitely not supposed to be on anybody's street.🙏
@TK67162 Strange guy. He's back though. I hope to see him in a beautiful tailored suit one day (not the ones that he have been wearing lately)singing in front of an orchestra. His voice is mesmerizing. Donny Hathaway's is one that still brings me to attention as well.
What's interesting is that the background singer sitting in the middle is legendary crooner Eric Williams from the group Blackstreet. Without Eric Williams Blackstreet does not get that Grammy. No Diggity and Don't Leave don't work without Eric Williams. I'm glad Eric and Jaheim linked up and created magic in the studio. That man wrote and produced over half of Jaheim's first album basically all the hits we love. He more than deserves to be there and that's a fact!!!!!🙏👍😎👌
Jah needs to get more respect. This dude vocals are sick. Seen him in concert in Columbia SC and I must admit I was even more impressed than. He's the real deal!!!
My exact words. "Luther would be proud". I knew I'd find those words posted here, once I scrolled down a bit. Luther probaby would have sought out Jaheim to record a series of duets with him. Maybe even a concert tour. He definitely would have passed the torch to this rare, young vocalist. Check it Out! Ciao!!!
Watch him work the mic from over his shoulder. I been telling people for years that this guy is 🔥🔥. Many folks know but not enough in my opinion. Wonder what's he up to in 2018. Missing him on the scene.
I see this in my RU-vid suggestions. I am crying. My late Mommy would have loved this live performance song cover of late Luther Vandross by Jahiem. Thank you for sharing. Excellent vocals by Jahiem. Date Stamp: 20mar22
@Free Spirit . I agree but if you listen to songs by teddy Pendergrass "Don't hurt no more" 2am Through the falling rain I want my baby back ....etc you can hear more of the jaheim flow
A truly misrepresented star ... He has so much more to give...he deserves so much more... He is a rare and special jewel... Prayers to you amazing Jaheim... Remember mom is always with you and always watching...
Jaheim, this man has so much talent, vocals smooth as silk with sophistication! My oh my, and mixing it up with Luther, oh my goodness, it is enough to stop traffic and bring sunshine.... love this man! He needs a larger platform, and should make his own music and upload it!!!! May God Bless him! 😊😇
I saw him sing this when luther first passed. Brought tears to my eyes. And it looked like he was hurt he was gone .I’m sure Luther was smiling in appreciation. His voice is so right for Luther songs. He didn’t do all the runs like this tho
Wow jaheim I always loved you but as of today I truly mist say best Luther cover ever .. that's hard to do ..you are sadly so underrated .. amazing vocals jaheim is a great cover artist for Luther much respect ..
I was thinking exactly the same thing, when the back up vocalists came on they were drowning out Jaheim who was sounding good all by himself. If I didn't know any better I would have thought it was Luther. 🤔
I saw him at Essence music festival, on 2001 when luther vandross had his stork, they gave him a tribute, and he was good than., he is TRULY undertated.
Jaheim is a great value to the world along with his astonishing voice. Jaheim has been unrated since he been in the music business. I would go and hear him perform at anytime and price.
♥️As always we have another beyond incredible performance by Jaheim and what's even more incredible is that I recognized the voice of the background singer sitting in the middle on stage behind Jaheim. It's legendary singer "Eric Williams" from the group "Blackstreet" who wrote and produced basically half of Jaheim's first debut album. I just love when two of my favorite artists not only create magic in the studio working side by side but go on tour together and support one another in the music game. We need these guys back in the game ASAP because musical legends never die and they will always have a permanent place on stage performing no matter what and that's a fact.👍😎👌
May 2004 in Chicago at the All State Arena... Guests were Pattie, Maze, Jaheim...Luther was supposed to be there but he'd had the stroke. Jaheim did a few snippets to "A house is not a home"...brought the house down. He did Teddy P "latest greatest inspiration" I knew then, true soul r&b will continue because of him. Love Me Some Jah,Jah
