If harvey had the discipline to cut the ring off for ballo, he would’ve won. It was close and I probably would of leaned harvey. But judges made their decision. Respect.
Harvey is good. It's just that if you don't knock down or knockout your opponent they will give it to the favorite. Julius is also good but for this Match Harvey won. Ballo was landing clean clear shots and judges tend to favor that. So Ballo you shoots to the body Harvey come back with three lands two and Julius counters. They will tip in Julius favor. They also like whoever is controlling the center which Ballo did better. 🤷🏾♂️ Thhaaaaaats boxing for ya
I honestly don’t understand how people think Harvey won.. Ballo was a obvious winner.. landed way more clean shots and his defence was absolutely on point
I had it 2-1 for Harvey. Ballo’s speed and the fact that he didn’t give Harvey jabbing range early on caused some issues for the latter, but Jahmal made some smart adjustments - switched southpaw, took away Ballo’s jab and began punishing his sloppy exits. I don’t think it was a robbery, but Harvey can consider himself unlucky. I certainly don’t think Ballo’s defence is ‘absolutely on point’ either. His base is too wide, and he can be punished exiting range - also looks vulnerable during prolonged exchanges.
Ballo has only speed, no power, dude don't even care to put his hands up for defense lol. Such arrogant, at 7:01 Ballo receive a hook to his face and almost got knock out, that's what you get for not putting your hands up. After that Ballo lose all of his balance lmao. Deserved
Boxing doesn’t always have to be fundamental there more than one way. His still is unpredictable and really is more mental for the opponent. Every style has risk and cracks . His style is what makes him unique and is the reason he can get away with unorthodox techniques
