oh...i love, love love his voice throughout teh whole competitions and this final one, it really gave me goosebumps..so cool and powerful..such a lovely, brilliant , amzing power of voice...I`ts my great opportunity witnessing his super power voice..thank you so much, Jai and Britain`s Talent.
@LordWedgewood What are you complaining about? This is only the second time that a singer won BGT (Paul Potts in season one was the first). Personally, I was a fan of Paul Gbegbaje, but Jai is an excellent singer and completely deserved to win. New Bounce and Ronan are also really great and deserved their positions as well. If you're going to complain about singers always winning got talent shows, then you should go tell that to America's got Talent, because THEY don't know variety.
@LordWedgewood I'm not comparing their skill. I'm just saying their both singers who won the show. Besides, two acts from different seasons shouldn't be compared. That's Peridot lost a spot in the final last year. Also, when Jai was on X-Factor he was singer pop music, which didn't suit his voice, hence he didn't get very far. This year, he chose a style that was better for him and that led him to where he is now.
@MockingTheNation Not everybody here is a UK resident, thus people rely on uploaders like Spiritman to see the results. When I posted that comment, I didn't know the results were out yet, nor did I want to spoil them for anyone else watching.

@TheCatlover192 Tell me about it. -.- I watch Britain's Got Talent and Australia's Got Talent to see decent talent. Mind you, this year, both were won by singers, and they both very much deserved it. (Jack Vidgen won Australia) But America's Got Talent is like an American Idol for every age.
@LordWedgewood I think the point you're trying to make is that this is supposed to be for the Royal VARIETY and having nearly every act to be music related, it kind of takes out the variety. However, Jai McDowall and even Ronan Parke are both amazing singers, both with power and passion. And I'm gonna go out on a limb here and suggest that you didn't like Susan Boyle either, since her and Jai seem to be on the same level to me.
I honestly didn't like the song, doesn't seem to fit the power that his voice has. But I'm hoping he'll have a great career in singing, regardless if he wins or not.
I'm sure he'll have a long career as a West End belter, but for some reason I'm bored - there are too many 'serious' performers tonight - bring back the loonies!!
