Breach those restrictions and your bar licence is on the line! A post hearing referral to the Bar Association about outrageous conduct should be considered. Mr Blanche obviously lacks strength of character because he is choosing to stay when he has openly lost his client's respect. Resign now Mr Blanche and try to save whatever self- respect and honor you have left. If you were an experienced lawyer dealing with difficult clients you would know right now that your client is not listening to you and that the client and you have different paths which cannot be taken together.

She says "it only takes one juror", and I keep hearing this. No, it takes one juror with a REASONABLE doubt. If they cannot explain their reasonable doubt, the jury continues to deliberate. ON EVERY CHARGE It take reasonable doubt, on every single charge. All 34 of them If even 2 are guilty, he cannot be President, because he will automatically be remanded to the DOC. Inmates in DOC cannot legally enter into legally binding agreements while incarcerated, except through the courts.

I don't understand someone who invited an individual into his home & he makes a lewd comment about his underage daughter & continues to do business with him in the process. All due respect, and I have plenty-there’s simplicity in the Average Person/Juror…as one, I don’t think like a Lawyer and do not have the bonafides….knowledge of all the laws/statutes-which comes in handy when the Judge provides the criteria for me-makes it clear cut in order to make a fair judgment. On the campaign fraud front-if the DA can prove it violated NY State Election Law, it’s understandable that NYers aren’t the only Voters…Voting=that would be an open door to enter into federal campaign crimes (?)
