Jail supervisor back at work after recovering from COVID-19 

Sergeant Ballew, who is a supervisor in the Harris County Jail, tested positive for COVID-19 in March and spent two weeks quarantined alone in his apartment with his dog Ellie. He is now back at work and tasked with managing a team of detention officers under increasing stress.
