I don't know whether its too tough for tata and mahindra to learn from maruti and hyundai. For us indians its too tough to choose budget cars, if we go for good pre and after sales experience we do not get safety and if we go for safety we do not get good pre and after sales experience. I hope some some car brand fulfill both needs to Indian customer. I too have booked AX5 on 15th may, yet no delivery. I am afraid of the same as Anurag bhai spoke of. God save us
I had booked nexon creative +. Vo cancel karke AX5L le li maine. ADAS, electronic parking brake, auto hold, blind spot monitoring, better engine, dual zone AC,sunroof (not useful) ye sab almost same cost mein ata hai. Aur better fit and finish hai Tata se

Bhai agar apke ghar ke pass hai toh app koncept mahindra services centers jana woh inka sabse bada service center hai wahan achi service hai aur sat and sunday avoid karna bhut jada rush hota hai

Maine to 15th may ko hi book ki thi ax5 but abhi tak car nahi mili hai, aab aap ki service vali video dekh k to mai bhi discourage ho raha hu, soch raha hu cancell hi kar du.
Mahindra ki cars to achhi hai but service ka to aisa hi hai bas kam chalau... anyways hame konsa inka paas hamesha rehna hai.... baad mai serivce bahar karana suru kar denge
xuv3xo is a good car I went to mahindra show room 2 times, and the salesman was extremely rude he was like sir mahindra hai shauk wale log rakhte hai isme to esa he hota hai, at one time I was convinced he is the lord of the world, got in touch with another salesperson and same issue both did not have any idea of car and arrogance was sky high They asked me to fill out a form and mark satisfaction as yes, I have to fill that form in front of them I urge to Mahindra at least provide an online form so that a person can complain, I am extremely dissatisfied with Mahindra showroom, FYI I have huge respect for Anand Mahindra, kindly take action sir hie proper educated salesperson, pass strict guidelines or the company will survive until it launch good cars, but when competition will increase this will start to vanish as well Now I have got Creata SX tech and what a car it is, hyundai sales team is better then Mahindra
Sabse mast experience h honda in narayana (i have amaze) 4/5 star, very friendly and they managed insurance guy v.well after a major accident... i am going there since 2017. Tata ne bhi rula rakha hai logo ko.. new nexon with gaer issue kaafi complaint ke baad bhi no response they even reply sir halka fulka hai. Mahindra to maha bekar hai thar RWD mein heating issue hai mere friend ki.. koi serious nahi le raha.. jibhi se jalori pass jaane mein hi subah ki pehli drive par heat ho gayi car.. service centre is like sir we have put it up to mahindra... saale sabse jyada irritate karte hai. Irony is i have also booked 3xo mx1 base model just cos of safety as i travel every month 500km to home in delhi from himachal pradesh.. jhel lenge bhai car to badhiya hai koi ni.
Is white interior a deal breaker? Ganda jaldi ho jata hai I think. Showroom ke gadion me roof gandi hui thi. Visited two show rooms . Another deal breaker I found is entire body vibrates on first gear half clutch when the road is steep on uneven surface with stones(maybe I am not used to such heavy vehicle :-) )
Anurag bhai maine to 14 may ko book karwai thi AX5 lekin ab cancle karwa di hai. Ye jayada function dekar public ko lubha rahe hain. Mujhe to aisa mehsoos ho raha hai ki ye car aage jaakar kahin fail na ho jaaye. Sorry.

u r expecting too much bec u bot their new car..slightly privileged talk...why do u think that u will be given d car in 1-2 hrs ? In Metros, one gives d car in d morning to the center, comes back home , & need to again go in d evening or sometimes next day to get the car..thats how majority ppl get it done..unless u r the bhatija of the dealer or MLA.. bhai ye 1.2 billion population india h , switzerland nahi.... regarding cleaning , u cant expect 100% perfection...ek do cheez to choot jaati h safai me....
