I am still not happy with EAM Jaishanker performance . a- Neighbours - border ,land disputes ,riverwater sharing etc not settle -China ,Bangladesh ,Pakistan ,China ,Nepal etc Note - North America - Canada , America - border , land ,rivers etc ok China ,N Korea , Russia -ok Is India the problem ? b - Terrorism issue with Pakistan - not settle c - FDI -: billions of investments , factories going to.Malaysia, Singapore , Mexico ,Vietnam etc Foreign factories before Covid in 1- China - more than 1 million foreign factories . 2- Singapore - tiny island - have 37000 foreign factories 3- Vietnam -have 33000 foreign factories 4 - India - the worst have less then 5000 foreign Factories ? Foreign investment policy bad - many regulations ,bad tax structure , harassment by govt / be ureacratuc regulatory , unskilled workers , poor infrastructure etc Just go around talking ?
Either you are a kid with no knowledge or an adult with questionable intelligence. It is not EAM job to resolve land border issues, terrorism, FDI. Present EAM has done exceptional job when Ukraine war started. That was his peak moment of excellence. Border issue was resolved with Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan. But Bangladesh and Nepal have brought up new issues. Those issues will go no where as they have signed an international deal, they cannot bring new issues on resolved border unless Indian govt agrees or they wage a war. FDI is not coming to India because of land and labor laws, Congress and communist parties have choked any kind of reforms and we are stuck in 1950s. Reason Gujarat gets all FDI is because of ease of doing business there. They have a scheme called land bank, if a company wants to start a factory. They can build the factory in matter of days! I have worked in Vietnam and their govt brought up so many reforms to attract companies leaving China after COVID. When Indian govt attempted agricultural reforms, congress choked it. Unless land reforms are brought up, there is no chance of getting more factories like it happens in Vietnam or even in Indonesia.
