A great player who always focuses on what matters, which is serving the song. That's why we still enjoy his work after all these years. Great rhythm player who knows how to use chords and solo over them brilliantly. Also, a far more mature player than most of the shredders coming out of the 80s. More well-seasoned.

I saw Jake on the Bark at the Moon Tour. When he was in his Prime. Incredible ! Front row, just off to the side. What an incredible talent. As well Tommy Aldridge was on drums. (RATT opened for them). This was a great show. He was on fire. What an incredible talented man. I consider Randy and Jake ... Ozzy's best. Joe would be 3rd.

Happened in 2002. The tracks originally played by bassist Daisley and drummer Lee Kerslake on both albums were replaced on the reissue by Robert Trujillo (now in METALLICA) and Mike Bordin, respectively, after Daisley and Kerslake sued Ozzy and his wife/manager Sharon Osbourne over royalties. They were restored for the 30th-anniversary editions.

I've posted about this so many times. Ozzy (John) and Sharon should come clean at this point. It only tarnishes their success. There was some treachery done..but its never a bad time to do the right thing (as MLK said)..so WHILE THEY CAN, they should arrange a stipend and fix the credits. Lee Kerslake died, last I knew. But at least he and Daisley should recieve the credit due. The money coming in,at this point,would be a pittance...but at least John and Sharon could go to their graves knowing they apologized and did the right thing.
