Ok, stop it. He can sing, he can action movies, he can whisper while the sourdough is resting, he can spatchcock, and now he writes children's books?! ... You know where to point it.
@@julieholt7889 I just think that's a man thing, though. Half of my male friends' girlfriends are half their age, and none of them are in hollywood. hahaha!
@@julieholt7889 his girlfriend is 26 year old, he’s 41, stop spreading lies with this “half his age” bullshit, he literally never had a girlfriend half his age 🙄 and why do you care anyway? why are yall so concerned by a relationship of two consenting adults?
@@julieholt7889 why is this relevant? The man has sustained a wonderful career and remained humble and a lovely person in the process. Don't know why you feel the need to bring up someone's personal relationships with other consenting adults. Grow up.
That's the thing about looking like yourself, it follows you thru life. Also, enough time hasn't passed to be able to say he's aged. Wait until he's fucking 58 and say that.
Always thought roadhouse could have a cool prequel... When Swayze's character meets Elliot's character All the stuff they reminisce about in the original
To aunts and uncles everywhere...UNITE! We enjoy the best cool connections with our nieces and nephews. Need to make a decoder ring for the secret society.
I watch Roadhouse on a VCR on a Black Friday in the early 90's. A few of us did not want to take vacation time for the day so we came in, but there was nothing to do, so we watched the movie.
What a great title! My Auntie was a real refuge. Some may complain I believe PARENTING LICENSCES are more important than marriage LICENSCES. If we get difficult parents w have kin. 💙
Jake Gyllenhaal was going to Pixar Animation Studio, Jake Gyllenhaal wants to perform Fantastic Beasts and Jake Gyllenhaal is gonna be in PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie.
It would be nice if instead of rebooting older classic films they just continued the story and made a sequel or a prequel. Rebooting is like wiping your backside on the original film and tossing it in a ever growing pile in the corner of a port-o-potty.
My niece was acting a certain way that made me concerned for her. Who was possibly making her do things/say things about suicide. It was different & disturbing.
Tactless and lacking all respect for the legacy of the great Patrick Swayze. I felt the same way when Point Break was remade only six years after his passing. These films were cult movies loved by millions worldwide, and they should not be touched. Restore them to high definition, but leave Patrick‘s memory intact (and in the case of Roadhouse also the memory of the amazing Jeff Healey). It‘s a shame that over the past decades Hollywood seems to have been unable to produce anything new and truly creative. It‘s either the umpteenth prequel or sequel of a film that has been completely milked dry already, or remakes that no one needs, because the originals were so perfect they should be left alone and not be replaced by cheap rip-offs. Focus on new creative projects instead, but apparently that is something Hollywood is incapable of nowadays.
This year's Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for friends that don't scam or steal, but are real friends by paying fairly for work received. Stephen Colbert and The Late Show have not paid for work received. Labor theft, slavery, stealing, call it what you will. When they pay, I'll be happy to share that instead. So we can all be thankful, these comments have ended.
The co-writer is his best friend. Gossip websites have been speculating about their relationship (heaven forbid your best friend be the opposite sex!) so he probably wasn’t drawing attention to it.
He always had it, how pronounced it is varies I guess depending on how tired he is. His eyesight is apparently really bad, he’s said without contact lenses all he sees are colors and fuzzy shapes.
Steven John Francis Fitzgerald Colbert how dare you say Roadhouse is not a classic how do you even put a question mark next to it sir... When you go to church on Sunday you better make your confession and put Saint Patrick Swayze and bless him and forgive him Sir
@@thomasbecker9676 haven't seen those yet. But I will check them out since Jake is in them. He's one of those rare actors who always gives a stellar performance, in movies and on stage, too.
