If Goodman is defending Fanta why hasn’t Fanta said anything? He was in the doc and has said nothing at all about it. Make it make sense Edit: This post was made before John announced the passing of his father. Obviously makes a bit more sense now if he did have a problem why he would have not spoken up. Still think Goodman is a tool but makes a little more sense now.
Turns out the guy who made the documentary portrayed himself as being hired by the big east to produce the 11 films. Fanta is now tied to a unsanctioned production that spreads rumors about one of the Big East head coaches personnel lives. Nothing he said in the film is bad but he is tied to a production that accuses a coach of cheating on his wife (without proof). I’m pretty certain that if Fanta knew this wasn’t big east approved he wouldn’t have participated. I remember when the trailer came out months ago Fanta and Field of 68 guys talking about how great it was the big east was doing these films to counter the espn film. It can be debated whose fault it is that Fanta didn’t know but I feel pretty certain that he has an agent who vetted this, so there was probably some false information provided by the producers.
The difference in NBA and college defense is that in the NBA there are unwritten rules and gentlemen's agreements about physical play and cheap shots during the regular season. Whilst, in CBB if you dont karate chop a guy in the collar bone when he's going in for a layup, youre getting benched.
Lifelong Texas fan and grad…I do not care about horns down at all and everyone I know feels the same way. You’re still throwing the horns! Terry had a moment literally right after a tough loss and it’s snowballed into this
I used to joke about Titus hating the Big 12 but in all seriousness how does he ignore the entire conference outside of Ku and Houston. No discussion of ISU beating both of them or I don't know the 6 other B12 teams outside of KU and UH ranked in the top 25....
