honestly I doubt Dana would allow it to taint the current UFC program. It would not be a good look, overall. First of all, Alex would absolutely destroy Jake in an MMA fight. So it would not be a good look there. Also, to give Jake a shot instead of some top condender is a bad look too. Jake would have to earn it like anyone else with Dana.

Alex would win either way. He looked amazing against a top 10 ranked heavyweight boxer during a sparring session and even broke his nose. I agree that Jake needs to start calling out real boxers in the rankings unless he’s just money chasing. Also I don’t think the UFC would allow Alex to fight in boxing while he is on contract either.

You realize Alex Periera would kill Jake right? He has 30 amateur boxing fights, and looked great against Zhang in sparring. As a Jake hater you should want this fight. I'm actually happy you people know so little about boxing.
We all saw what happened the last time Jake fought a guy ranked in the top 100, it took him 2 whole minutes to knock him out and August was only 10-0 😂😂😂
@@ColombianAssassin August primarily fought at 175 lbs and had only fought 2 guys with winning records and 1 of those guys barely had a winning record of 4 and 3. Jake would be thoroughly embarrassed by any Cruiser Weight boxer in the top 10 rankings so how in the world does he think he's the face of boxing? In case you didn't know, Jake is a Cruiser Weight, 200 lbs but likes to fight guys that fought at up to 5 weight classes lower - Diaz fought at 155 lbs and 170 lbs in the UFC. Now he's calling out Connor McGreggor who fought at 145 lbs, 155 lbs and 170 lbs in the UFC.
This win really didn't mean a thing. Everyone saw it coming. Truth is he has a good chance of knocking Alex out too. Mma and boxing couldn't be more different. This kids too afraid to lose to a professional boxer again. No Ws for Jake.

Tyrone was already a punching bag in the UFC before you fought him, he was like 0-4 losing streak. Old washed up Silva, old washed up Diaz (another journeyman in MMA). Not that impressive at all. You said that Alex’s punching power wouldn’t translate to bigger gloves when that’s obvious false. Alex has sparred and has had trained with heavyweight boxers. The second jake feels alex’s power he will crumble. Jake only called alex out to make himself look tough when he knows that Alex is under contract with the ufc.
