Nate is known for his striking. He’s a boxer, may not have a lot of KOs or TKOs but that doesn’t distinguish the fact the wobbles, badly hurts and knockdown elite strikers like McGregor, Leon Edwards ( he was getting battered but that last left was naughty), Donald cerrone and more. He’s older and slower but he has a very good striking acumen.

Nate may have weight-in at 155 and 170, but his walking around weight is 180/190. His striking is one of the best and has been fighting the best of the best in the lightweight/welterweight divisions. Nate isn't an amazing boxer, but he is not a horrible as jj is making him out to be. He has good cardio, good pressure, can combo in the pocket, and when he is focused he has deadly accuracy. He lacks speed, power, and he isn't necessarily advanced, but it might be interesting *(Emphasis on the might)*. Jake's obvious weaknesses are his cardio, slow plodding footwork, reliance on the overhand, not fighting to his strengths, and his fear of exchanges. Nate loves exchanges, has great cardio, a great chin, and has creative combinations inside the pocket. I'm being very optimistic when I say that it *could* be a hard fight for Jake, considering Nate is 37.
