CS:GO gambling was set up in a way that didn't make it immediately obvious to regulators that laws were being broken. Valve claimed that the skins had no real monetary value and there was an incentive for them to look the other way because Counter Strike was getting free exposure as well. This website makes it 100% obvious that illegal gambling (or, more likely, fraud) is taking place and pretty much tells you which authorities you should contact by having promoters in California, USA tell you that one of the prizes is a property with a high monetary value in California, USA.

As someone who worked at a casino for a year, this saddens me, scares me and disgusts me on so many levels. 90% of the people I worked around were addicts. People spend, spend, spend and winning doesn’t even faze them, cause they spend it all anyways. It’s a crippling addiction that takes away people happiness and humanity. People need more and more, and can’t function to see anything but the addiction. Trust me until you work there you don’t see the full scale of it and how many everyday people are affected... to see these “influencers” with all this power and a huge platform where they could promote so many good and healthy habits and GAMBLING is what they choose.... it’s so wrong that platforms can be used for this shit...

My mom had a gambling addiction. We lost the house, she gambled our college savings, would leave us for days on end. Eventually became homeless. But these youtubers are so rich they don't understand what that can do to desperate people.
