5:18 that's actually spot on, Jake has mostly fought MMA fighters and they don't move the same way boxers move they'll usually stay in the same place for long periods of time and don't have very good boxing footwork and Jake has definitely picked up some bad habits fighting these types of fighters.

I hope that Fury has drawn Paul into a false sense of security that he can't fight feeding this false confidence to Jake. I don't know how lots have Jake favourite, I reckon Tommy does this yes he hasn't looked overly impressive in his fights but he's a boxer at the end of the day.

Jake steps in with jab,but over commits his feet. That is where Tommy can throw his right uppercut. On the other hand, Jake can fake his jab,and hit Tommy in the body . Body punching will be crucial in this fight, whoever has more will do better
Every one keeps saying that Tommy's career will be over if he loses, which I'm 99% sure he won't lose. But even if he does, KSi has already said he wants to fight him, so he can just become a RU-vid boxer. I hear this argument made a lot, but I don’t understand it. Deontay Wilder is not fundamentally sound, is it not accurate to say the only way he could win his fights was via KO? He often did. I don’t like Jake, and his prowess is often overstated, but the man has punching power. The differential in power I’d argue is greater than the skill level. Fury is not such a savant that he won’t get hit. So while I may agree with your assessment, Jake has only one way to win, not all modes of finishing fights are made equal, a lot of the best fighters across sports had one manner of victory and it served them well. Also, didn’t we see him outbox Anderson? The guy who beat Julio Caesar Chavez in the ring…
It's surprising how both guys and people backing them in this vid are highlighting failings that actually apply to both guys. It's not like either guy has fought genuine top quality boxers and yet both guys are talking like established champions. One thing that stands out in slight favour of Jake though, is that his team carefully select fights they feel he can win but it's not like Tommy can't win. When all the noise gets trimmed away it's actually looking like a pretty competitive and interesting fight albeit a low quality one.

Mayweather was a great defensive boxer but he always lacked power. That's why overall he is not the greatest of all time like a lot of people say he is. If he had to fight Sugar Ray Leonard, Hearns, or Duran back in the 80s he would have lost at least one of those fights.
