Also, may I suggest "Urban Reign or Urban Chaos (can't remember) , it's like SEGA GENESIS Streets of rage with the Zanetti Mafia and street fights, you have a cast of 3 guys (a street guy, a black man who is a muscle guy, and a Chinese karate guy + some women) love to see it
