The Codys are back, and the ties that bind them are about to be stretched to the limit in the current season of TNT's hit "Animal Kingdom." With Smurf in jail and her grandson J in charge of the family business, the Cody men find themselves increasingly divided as they fight for control and their independence. But when outside threats emerge, they have to come together. Jake Weary joined BUILD to discuss the series.

Animal Kingdom is by far the best show on cable right now...love each of the actors and the storyline is always interesting and surprising, leaving me saying...what the hell just happened, omg...that is crazy, but very cool...

jake is a really talented actor, and you can tell he's just a real dude just going along with interviews because it's part of the game being in a successful show. i think the team in charge of casting for (the american) animal kingdom deserves a reward.

I’ve loved the show since the start but this 3rd season has really stepped it up its great. I think the little comedy relief from Dennis Leary is great. I love where it’s going I’m completely invested.

OMG! When the show first came on, I kept saying that he looked so familiar... I just couldn't picture what show or where did I see him from until I found out that Kim is his mother. He is his mother's twin!! I remember her being pg with all her kids. Kim is my all time fav soap opera actress. Nobody can play Reva like her, she was borned to play that role. Reva and Joshua, miss Guiding Light..

Loved Animal Kingdom. Not just great action and acting but the story lines of each character run deep. Denis Leary is such a natural. Loved the comical edge he brought to his character and the series...it needed it! All the actors were brilliant but Shawn Hatosy left an imprint on my brain in his role as Pope. An outstanding performance by Shawn!

The show is really good. Now on another topic. Him dying his hair that much. Isn't he worried of having it damaged. Not all white hair can stand much bleaching and dying. Just an observation. P.s. For some of us, Deran/Adrian is the main reason for watching the show. Otherwise, it is a tough watch ... so toxic with physical and emotional abuse. And the mother has to be one of the most loathsome characters in films.

WHEN DERAN AND ADRIAN BEAUTIFUL RELATIONSHIP ENDED, I STOPPED WATCHING THE SHOW. THESE TWO GREAT ACTORS TOGETHER MADE THEIR SCENES SO BELIEVABLE AND SEXY. I GOT SAD AND ANGRY AT THE SAME TIME. I COULD'NT BELIEVE THOSE FKING WRITERS COULD'NT FIND A WAY TO KEEP THEM TOGETHER.THEIR ENDING WAS HEART BREAKING.
