I'll give the whole church up before I disown my daughter. Wow. This is love. There are a lot of church folks that put the church before their kids and family and neglect their family.
I thought it was good the way Bishop and first lady it was announced to us one Sunday and when the baby was born they had a grandson . None of that stuff sinking in shame hiding her out or the baby . No forced marriage it was really refreshing the honesty and the love . Sarah gracious she seems to be so much like first Lady

Don't know why people have higher expectations for pastors children , they are always being watched in whatever they do.. They are human just like everybody else.. She has a very good surport from the family.
The Bible is why. Doesn't mean pastor's are perfect, or that their children won't sin, but there is a higher standards for pastors and all Christians in general.
Most people have a higher expectations than a 13 year old getting pregnant or a 13 year old boy impregnating a girl. It’s not the norm birthing age in any Western industrialized country.
Absolutely, and she had to go through that to become relatable to many many people.GOD does not make mistakes. GOD'S perception and our are very different. Where we see human error GOD sees opportunities.
When I tell you that this woman is PHENOMENAL , I mean just that! I have been truly inspired by Sarah's teachings and I love watching her uplifting sermons. She's such a blessing!

Even though she made a mistake and got pregnant I love the way she educated herself on parenting..along with maturing and take responsibility for her actions. It's a blessing when you can have parents that will support. She didnt let this kill her or knock her down but she used it to strengthen her! Awesome!
Getting pregnant so young before marriage that was the problem but not a mistake just a problem because that incident helped her grow into who she is now beautiful

Watching this in 2020 and this is the True definition of a FATHERS LOVE and TRUE thing of Judge Not and everyone makes mistakes and it’s up to us to correct our life with God and get on the right path with God.
I love this young lady!! So many young women need this type of support. I sure did! I was 16 when I had my baby and almost died worrying about what people would say and the embarrassment this brought to my parents. Blood pressure went so high they thought I wouldn’t make it through the delivery. For those negative people, go to HELL! You have no idea what it takes to survive something like this!! If you haven’t walked in our shoes, SHUT UP!! By the way, not only did I survive, I thrived and I’m living my best life. My daughter motivated me to become the best person and mother I can possibly be. And, she’s a beautiful young lady!!!

I absolutely love how she answered about the father and allowing him to speak for himself. She is amazing. I love it!! I also love how Bishop Jakes set things when it came to her. It definitely was a hard thing I’m sure for the family yet he stood for her and nothing less which was amazing. I know many pastors who should take a page from him to do better in these situations. ❤
Indeed a Father's love is everything. Men do not understand their importance in a young girl's life. They matter and Bishop was understanding and forgiving. He did well.
This is so true cause at a young age all they need is the support even tho they have made a bad bad mistake but no matter wat her parents still had her back

Not only is it good to have a father who loves you unconditionally, but having someone who still sees the best in you when you make mistakes is such a blessing. I always wished I had that someone. KUDOS and much respect to the JAKES FAMILY; however the ANSWER in response to the inquiry of whether Malachi's dad is involved was a resounding NO, citing his privacy. IF he was involved, a simple YES would've sufficed! Lastly, in all transparency, how does a 13 or 14 year old daughter of a Bishop not be supervised or advised on the consequences of certain actions? Thankfully, she has become a first lady and pastor who is eloquent. And Malachi has an interesting presence as a teen film producer who is quite stylish on Instagram! Blessings to All!🙏🏾
Watching this today and knowing how much she has grown from this experience and we're now lead the Women's Conference evolve is amazing testimony So many parents are traumatized because of their own mistakes and because of their own emotions worrying about themselves being selfish but what about the child what about her child feels when you judge them and we treat them as if you're perfect No child is perfect so love that child the same way God has loved you and gave you Grace
A test of your faith will come no matter 🙏 what but God will see you though we're not perfect but we have a understand God so don't look down on the test be blessed by the faith 🙏😇💯
The sad part is not every 14 girl who get pregnant has the backing of a successful family unfortunately most come from a struggling one parent household. It's great to see how lovely her life turned out. But let's be honest it's highly unlikely if not for her Dad's wealth her life would've turned out the way it did.

It's not that they as her parents are condoning what she did to get pregnant at age 14, it's not permission to do what God intended for married men and women, but be there to love, support, and encourage!
I know her father is beyond proud of her outcome so far today❤ he handled that amazingly and look at them now. Amazing. She is amazing and married and happy and real as they come. I can for sure listen to her cause she been there and done that.

Abraham was ready to sacrifice his own son for God.. In ministry it is very important to prune the church along with our kids... Today we forgive but if we don't correct then there is no correction during judgement... It's very easy to give testimony the way we want to please the world but without Holiness no one will see and please God... Just wake up and stay alert our kids belong to our God.. Fast and pray for them so that they may not be deceived.. Coz Word Say's.. "I do not know you" Even if we preached the gospel or we drove demons or even prophesied...

My father would never do that for me. I always had to fight for my father's love and even until this day I still do. I never felt loved by my father. I still love him though.
