Yummy brisket! I'll be doing another one of those in a video soon. I got a new probe I want to test out on it. These would be a great appetizer while you let the brisket rest :D
@@Nicks-BBQ Watched Meat Church smoke cream cheese as a dip so my thought was if you smoke the cheese with a different pellet you can double the flavor profile.
@@Azurko yeah I've seen people do the smoker cream cheese thing. It was trending for a while. That is genius though I'm going to have to try this forsure. You will see it in a vid in the future. I'll be sure to give you a shout out
The rack I got from Walmart in the grilling section. You can probably find them on Amazon or any big store. Their often called wire cooking racks or chicken racks. They're great for grilling smoking anything that has tiny pieces. Like wings burnt ends etc. Much easier to take off 1 rack than 20 little pieces lol.
I'll have to try that!! Sounds super good. I love chorizo. I have been super swamped with renovating the house and then got sick right after lol. Going back to Ohio this weekend to look at houses. Hopefully we find something we like.
