ir 3300 me left side me both side a4 print karne par paper jam ho jata hai aur paper tedha ho jata hai , mera machine me sautter nahi hai reason bataiye

I have canon ir 3300 copier , the machine having printing problem it means the paper is halfly printed sometimes but sometimes it normally works i can't understand what is the problem . Mostly in morning times above 10 paper hafly printed.I changed the roller but it is not enough to solve the problem.Is there any solution for this
