I made jam in my own kitchen, but only 12 jars in a batch. It's a lot of work and a lot of cleanup. And my family loved my homemade jam. Meghan sure worked hard to make 50 jars of jam in her own kitchen. I hope she saved a jar of jam for her own children. I am sure they will enjoy that sweet treat.

Do people still eat jam? I haven't eaten jam since I was a child. I am also gluten-intolerant. I love marmalade and ginger preserves for addiitons to various desserts.

I see Meghan's friends helping to promote her jams and it making big splash and success around the world. My Mom made jam out of apricots, berries, and grapes when we were little.
