It's definitely way too spicy for Koreans. That's why one of them was surprised to see these dance moves on tv. But yes, JR definitely delivered and deserved to win. Anyway, the producers and hwasa wanted a choreo that is easy to copy to be viral on TikTok but they underestimated people. There are so many great JR covers on social media that easily danced this.
@@starfireb.4098actually, she said if she was going to perform it, Jam republic choreo was the one she would had chosed, but since this mission was a challenge mission she took 1m, she said the 1m choreo was more easy to do a challenge and also had her style
@@AlejandraSuarez-e8g also, since she has to sing, there are many moves that would leave her breathless I think. I think JR thought 100% like dancers while 1M thought more about the intensity because they have worked before with Hwa Sa.
@@tsuyuasui7297 I'm not on tiktok but there are several kpop cover dancers here on YT that did it. I personally think the choreo is too advanced for Hwasa. I wish they chose JR but let's face it, all of Hwasa's choreo are pretty easy this might be too much for her? The show is for dancers and JR delivered but I guess they wanted something "easy". I think this show did JR dirty by closing the international voting though. God forbid if a non Korean wins the show lol I took a class at 1m, they're great but a class with Kirsten was on a different level!
For people that are curious, Hwasa really liked this choreo, but the choreography was meant for a dance challenge (so tiktok etc.). So she was a little unsure of the floorwork. But i think the thought is would be cool for a stage or performance.
I think the only thing I’m bitter about is that the made two different dances for the chorus and asked her which one was better and she said to include both and later voted against it which is like UGHHHH and then the numbers being weird when they announced who was the most trending because BEBE won that? But that part was expected.
@@chunnibyougirl6548 I was bitter about it too cause Hwasa reviewed their choreo and called it perfect instead of pointing out that the floorwork would be the fatal flaw that she would not accept.
found group of public doing dance challenge on chilli, some were doing the 1 million dance and the ones moving on the floor stole the spotlight. I looked back at the past video clips and found that the floor routine was jam's choreo, totally stole the spotlight!
Out of all the choreo, this was the perfect one. Them saying that the floor choreo was a bit too much for a tiktok challenge was wrong because after this choreo was released, A LOT of Tiktokers did well on the floor choreo so there's that. Team Bebe is great, but we all know who should have won but then again, it's Korea and MNet so if you're not 100% Korean, no matter how good you are, you will never win.
@@yungtaeM9706 I really think it's just western people watching dancers in who aren't incredibly famous and commercial in the West for the first time and if their faves don't win against a bunch of people they don't know, it's rigged.
The craziest thing about them not winning the challenge is that this is the most performed version. I’ve actually never seen the 1mill version outside of the show. Everyone does jams!
Jam Republic's Choreo was LIT. but i Honestly kinda expected that hwasa will choose 1M choreo and i feel like its kinda bias. since her group and her solo singles are mostly choreographed by 1M.
I still wish we could have gotten to see hwasa do this since even she liked it the most and said it would have been great for an award show performance. should have went with what she liked and not what they thought would "be a good trend for tiktok"
Korean dance shows are more focused on the people's reaction rather than the choreography itself. Showing the reaction is good, but destroying the flow of the dance multiple multiple times by replaying it is outright nonsense.
We have to be reality. Jam Republic is very experienced group of female dancers and choreographers. 😮the impact of the other teams were😮😮 because they wanted to be like them, but they were diapers..WTH?? evidence they couldn't reach Jam level 😅😅
Honestly, we are living in advance technology world and social media. I always wonder on the hypocrisy of the show & people of KR. Even Hwasa, Jessi, Hyolyn etc suffered backlash from netizens and media initially. I guessed they preferred Idols than actual singers and dancers. Those who are pretty cute and stick thin with girlish style dancing and mediocre voice. No doubt the songwriters for these idols are good. Ive seen dancers from certain club in KR, they are just as good.
This was meh. I see now why they only got a small portion of their choreo included in the MV.. Don’t get me wrong the choreo is good, and they’re very talented but the routine was not at all comperable to the others they were competing with. Also the 0:21 dance with mi casa su casa made me laugh lol looked like birds trying to flap their wings in sync but failing so it just looks funny imo 😂
