This is from our school dinners set of videos we done a few years ago and I thought i'd update it and put it on our Butlers Empire channel. It was a favourite of many a child in the 60's and 70's when I was at school and this jam sponge with desiccated coconut sprinkled on the top with a pink custard which was really a blancmange powder. Let's see how it turns out.
