Andrew holness is daf when it come yo housing the people of Jamaica. Uou dont understand ehat it means to sheter people. Not every body can be home owner. You must consider rentals too in city and towns, for every sector of income level. These houses should be multi dwellings run by municipalities as a source as income. The money to build these apartments could come from the Housing Trust as a loan or which way necessary or loan from banks or pensions funds. Paying back is easy from rent. The government could invite in private deveopers to invest in housing projects as a co op.Give them some incentives if necessary. The government projects should be free from politicians and politics. The ony thing that government should have to do with the project is to find the funds. After that, a board shold be set up to run thing from construction to completion. After completion the buildings should be given to the varios municipalities. These minicipalities will have to set up some system to manage the rent so it is free from coruption and theft. My suggestion comes from my observation from what i saw while in was on Jamaica some months late last year. If my idea is a stupid then you can pardon me. Bye
