Jamaican Ackee and saltfish Recipe
Ingredients:
Thymes
Ackee
Saltfish
Okive oil
Onions
Scallion
Black pepper
Bonnet pepper
Sweet pepper green and red
Garlic
Cod fish
Tomatoe
Step:
Wash washable species
Cut them in to fine pieces
Sauté into heated olive oil
Boil cod fish until it’s to you liking (decrease salt)
Add cod fish to saute spices... cook for 2 minutes and then add ackee and black pepper cook for another 2 to 3 minutes and remove from heat
