I just wanted to make you aware of the harm aluminum pots can do to your health. They are not harmful untill you use any acid. Aluminum reacts with sour, acidic ingredients like vinegar, tomatoes...and make dangerous chemical substances for your health that in future might cause the Alzheimer's disease. You would like to avoid aluminum pots if you plan to add any kind of acid. Just because I care, I feel like telling you. God bless you!

Good morning ms. Debs! Try not to stress yourself out with people ,who seem to repeat everything they here others say, without knowledge and understanding. One example of Cross contamination, Is when someone use a cutting board to cut raw chicken and then use that same board or other unsterilize utensils to prepare foods such as sandwiches. Salmonella bacteria from the raw chicken get into cooked foods that is ready to be eaten.That will cause food posing. The bottom line is proper food handling procedures.Stay blessed!🙏👍

That is exactly how my grandmother and mother did it back in the days no cross contamination then because our meats had no genetically forced meat just natural foods that we cooked for the pigs plus clean pig pen.
I could just finish eat a whole plate of food but once I start look at aunty Debbs video of har cooking mi a starve fi har food, lol. I’m just greedy as hell when I see anything u cook Aunty 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
