Jamaican Easter Delight: How to make Jamaican Easter Bun 

"Easter Bun" is a Tradition in my culture. BUN AND CHEESE! Side Bar: I don't like all the fruits in traditional spiced bun so I opted for only cherries yummmm!

You will Need:
Wet Ingredients Mix:
1/4cup White Granulated Sugar
1/4cup Brown Sugar
1/4cup Honey
1 Large Egg (didn't show in video, sorry)
1/2 tbsp Molasses
1 tsp Browning (I used Grace Brand) Feel free to add more if batter is too light for your liking
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (I know I didn't show in video sorry)
1/2 cup dried fruit (cherries, raisins,etc)
4tbsp melted butter
Dry Ingredients:
2cups of flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp All Spice
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Guinness Stout
Instructions:
Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl
in a separate bowl mix dry ingredients
add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
add in dried fruit
add to a grease loaf pan
bake at 350 degrees for 1hour!
let cool and Enjoy
I ate mine with traditional Tastee Jamaican Cheese (from the can lol, if you know then you know!)
but I've been told Asiago Cheese goes well with it! try it and please let me know!
