🇬🇩 🇬🇩 🇬🇩 🇬🇩 this is my 🏝 island national dish. Cooking it for the first time you all guys did good.👍🏾👍🏾 there is some more ingredients which needs to be added into the pot. Like watching your guys videos keep up the good work. Wayne
Love love love to see that you guys finally attempted our national dish 🇬🇩*OIL Down *. There are areas of opportunity but same way most of the components were there, next time we need a better pack curry in the meat for sure and the pot needs to be packed before hand and then the coconut milk. We need a part 2! But loved the video and love that Yur highlighting dishes from different islands. Love and respect ✊🏿
Colaz you did a wonderful job even though you said you didn't have all the ingredients. Everyone there enjoyed it and the scenery was awesome. Big up to you and the crew .
I am from Westmoreland and live in NY I have lots of friends from Grenada 🇬🇩 so I know this dish very well. My friend uses salt fish and a little curry. I will be home for Christmas and I will make it. Great job guys. Blessings Grenada 🇬🇩

Yum yum yum! I love Grenadian oildown 🇬🇩. Your pot reminds me of my grandmothers version. She kept the color light and my mom would call it “run down” or “trini oil down” to tease her. Traditionally the color should be a deep yellow from the turmeric. My moms family was from country and made it the traditional way which is the best way! Loved this video, keep it up!
Blessings to you all, love the food one day I'll try and Cook it I wanna say blessings to sham and the babies .Big up to the Crew much love to colaz I enjoy watching you guys Love you all.
Yes colaz me always watch your contents way back before you move to your new crib and ever growing family, always enjoy most of your contents especially outdoors but bouy me sorry to bust your bubble on this one.First I'm Grenadian but this dish you cook ya so is not Oil down sorry to say that but it's true bredda🤣😂but anyway it's a nice pot ah melarge ,in Grenada we call that wurrup.I can tell it's flavourfull but it's not Oil down .A truthful ,real and genuine Grenadian can never admit that is Oil down , I tell no lies.Yes it's a one pot dish but it's a process in doing it ,you have to see how it's done the right way from a real Grenadian who knows how to cook authentic Oil down ,trust me on this I tell no lies. It's a good dish you guys made but I would really like for you to see how it is done the right way.Don't take it personal just keeping it real bredda.
Nice seeing u guys doing 🇬🇩 national dish but next , have the stuff ready an pack the pot like meat bread fruit provision ,some meat again, saffron grated with the coconut 🥥, add vegetables calloloo then pour the strain coconut an saffron aka turmeric , then cover the pot don't stir , add the dumpling last an leave it to cook
I don’t know which country national dish but I know my grandmother use to cooked that recipe when I was a child and she call it pepperpot soup and it taste so so good ❤❤❤❤
