Hi Debbie two years ago the pack of Bammy I bought in Coronation Market downtown Kingston was so fresh and soft I can see why you said soak for 20 minutes. When I bought them here in the States recently the bammies were so hard I had to soak them overnight.
🐟🐟🐟 My bammy, my little fry hard doctor fish... mi calllllallloooouuu.🥗🥗🥗 Yummy breakfast memories coming home 5am with my best friend from Mandeville at the time with the Ouch Crew. N we used 2 love our liver and kidney with nuff gravy n some festival or the green banana. 😄😄😄
Hey Debbie from "dung a yaad". I hope you can help me. Bammy and fish is my favorite Jamaican food. Recently I got Bammy in Florida that had a bitter taste. I don't remember them tasting like that when I was a kid in JA. Made me want to cry! Please teach me how to make it from scratch!! You promised!!
Can you show us how to make bammy from scratch? I don't want to buy them frozen bc I don't know how long they have been in the store. Love your videos! Thanks in advance!
Ms Debbie I don't know what I am doing wrong but my bammy soak up every bit of oil in the pot and I have to throw them away....the first set I fry is okay after that the rest is saturated with oil
