1/2 carrot

1 tomato
3 cloves garlic
1 stalk scallions
1 Tsp pimento
1 Tsp scotch bonnets pepper
11 okra
🌼Seasonings
1 Tsp all purpose season
1 Tsp fish season
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 salt
2 Tsp olive oil
🌺Baking Pan
1 Tsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper
Over 1 cup hot water
1 small potato
1 spoon butter
25 minutes
Baked for 40 minutes on 160 to 200 degrees Celsius
