The fact that God himself paid for the sins of the whole world according to scripture is what ACTUALLY displays God's grace. Is ANYONE saved by anything other than GRACE?...Keep it honest now. I feel you but the fact that you and I are alive also testifies to God's mercy. Be real.
The crowd is killing me😂 shaking their heads sayin “amen” with tears in their eyes like something great is being said….He’s talking about plants having feelings. Also, isn’t this Palm Sunday? Why is the sermon about the people and not Christ?
These false teachers never preach about Christ, unless it can be mangled into a message about the untapped greatness of the people in the building. They do not focus on Christ, but on themselves...seems like they think it's the same thing.
I spent my entire lunch break lmbo! To see the people getting behind it made it even more comical. I used to feel sorry for folks that stay in churches like this until I realized they're not victims. If anything they've fell victim to their own lusts. The wolf is just capitalizing.
A greater question. When you bought flowers for your wife, how did the roses feel? Im brought to literal tears. Nobody ever considered that in 1,000,000 anniversaries. The humanity.
He's asking the real important questions in these last days. I wonder if he felt sorry for that poor cross getting nails through it. Lol He's the total circus 🎪 😂
Read this verse and then look at this man's congregation. This is 2nd Timothy regarding the last days: 2 Timothy 3:6-7 "They are the kind who work their way into people's homes and win the confidence of vulnerable women who are burdened with the guilt of sin and controlled by various desires. Such women are forever following new teachings, but they are never able to understand the truth."
As if trees have any kind of feelings comparable to a human's🙄 I guess that would make Jesus a sadist for cursing the tree that didn't bear fruit. How dare Jesus hurt that poor tree just to teach his disciples a lesson and prove a point! Father help them. And of course he ,Jamaal, is going to use the analogy of a tree screaming in pain by being hacked and liken it to people being attacked by folks who don't like them etc. Who won't be able to relate to that? Get those folks all up in their feelings about God getting back at their enemies and battling all those nasty sinners doing them wrong rather than preaching to them about the redemptive work of Jesus and the cross. You know? There is one thing, no two admirable things I can say about satan. He is one smart son of a gun and good grief that bugger is a hard worker! I mean just as cunning and slick...smh...Imagine, you get all dressed up for church on Palm Sunday only to come out feeling revved about how God is gonna smite those gossiping back stabbers at work for you. No humility and joy about His sacrifice. No gratefulness that your sins were borne and death beaten and denied.
Romans 1:22-25 KJV Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
My question is how does he keep a straight face while he mocks his congregation who sit there trying also not to laugh. Well, if we did not ever believe the Word that describes the end times, whoops there it is. This is UNBELIEVABLE!
3:52 I see that the kind of spirit he has is a vain discovery spirit. To want to discover something no one has ever found in all biblical history. In the book of ecclesiastics there is nothing new under the sun.
You are so so right. I see it in so many Pastors and sermons. Instead of preaching the unabridged gospel, complete in its simplicity and basic biblical tenets, no, they find crazy weird ways to twist and "refurbish" it. It's presented as a "fresh word" as God anointed "insight". You're right. The sole purpose is to show how deep and insightful they are, how anointed that God has shown them something no one has ever been shown. It's pride in its most cunning form. Often when I'm reading my Bible I see something "new" or get an understanding that I've never gotten before. But it's not new revelation, it's always been there. It's simply that the so called churches I've attended never bothered to teach them. Because when I do find God lead teaching, lo and behold I hear many of the same insights that I had found out for myself that my previous Pastors never taught.
@@charmcharm2352 absolutely right. The pastors don't teach very often the gospels which has many revelations in them that can help answer a lot of questions believers have on walking this narrow path.
Thank you so much for showing this. I was feeling a little low, but this sermon had me rolling. It's too bad that the disciples who walked with Jesus didn't know that hands were not supposed to be put on them. The craziest part is that the people think that he's teaching the word of God.
Where is he coming from? Why are they agreeing with him? Yall better stop going to church for a feel goof message. Better seek the truth and read the bible for yourself so you will know when leadership isn't coming right.
11:13 Amen, Cory. Amen. It is disheartening that so many preachers have decided not to preach about Jesus on Palm Sunday, Easter (Resurrection Sunday), and Christmas. I have been bothered by this for some time now.
For as long as I've been saved...finally! A teaching on the "Truth Feelings of Palm Trees". I can't begin to calculate how many souls shall be led to the ✝️ with this sermon 🤦🏾♂️
On everything I love..I just was thinking the same thing!! They're sitting there like it makes sense. God have mercy on the people who are in the dark.
”And when they told it to Jotham, he went and stood in the top of mount Gerizim, and lifted up his voice, and cried, and said unto them, Hearken unto me, ye men of Shechem, that God may hearken unto you. The trees went forth on a time to anoint a king over them; and they said unto the olive tree, Reign thou over us. But the olive tree said unto them, Should I leave my fatness, wherewith by me they honour God and man, and go to be promoted over the trees? And the trees said to the fig tree, Come thou, and reign over us. But the fig tree said unto them, Should I forsake my sweetness, and my good fruit, and go to be promoted over the trees? Then said the trees unto the vine, Come thou, and reign over us. And the vine said unto them, Should I leave my wine, which cheereth God and man, and go to be promoted over the trees? Then said all the trees unto the bramble, Come thou, and reign over us. And the bramble said unto the trees, If in truth ye anoint me king over you, then come and put your trust in my shadow: and if not, let fire come out of the bramble, and devour the cedars of Lebanon.“ Judges 9:7-15 KJV They were the first life on earth, even before beasts and man and woman but Im not saying Jamal is right, but God did put himself in all of creation and trees do bleed and some of the oldest beings on earth. Just saying. 🤷🏽♀️🤔
@@godschild2-yd3jy yeah someone told me that if taking mind altering herbs brings you closer to God then do it. I can’t find a scripture to support that so I disagree. But through reading His word, prayer and fasting that will draw you closer to God
I’m confused because God’s Holy Word is not being preached by Jamal. The pain of a plant 🤔 never heard of such a thing. I thank Lord Jesus that I received the message of Sacrifice (on Resurrection Sunday) by my Lord and Savior. The message was straight from the Bible; scripture for scripture. Nothing was added to or taken away. God bless you brother Corey🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I was thinking about the same thing regarding horticultural (plant) pain. How do we ascertain that plants feel pain?😂 As a graduate student at Bible University, my Hermeneutics professor would rake this guy over hot coals that would rock his world! Thank you, brother Corey, for your love of God, His Word, and rightly dividing the Word of Truth. Keep it up! Blessings & Aloha 🌺 🙏🏾
When a minister runs out of ideas, here is what we get AND have always received from Jamal Bryant. He's using quotes as a sermonic reference as opposed to factual scriptural references.
The word of God says let everything has breath. Praise the Lord the plants are living if they’re too much sun or you overwater them they die. It’s about being connected to everyone and everything and being a service to everyone and everything.
Lol Pastor Corey You never disappoint. You broke down this message. 😅 Poor Pastor Bryant. He is running out of Palm Sunday messages. You’re right Pastor Corey. These are the last and evil days smh.
I totally agree with you on this one Pastor. Let's see every life force can feel pain. With that in mind....What about a baby in the womb? Do they feel pain while being violently dismembered and then sucked out of their monther's womb? Inordinate affections....what will he think of next? So....he's for abortion but against hurting trees. Ohhhhhkay.
Important to note that psalm branches were symbols of victory, triumph in that time and culture…so the use of the psalm branches for Christ made sense.
Yeahhh but yet the congregation was still full??That's more even shocking! 😅 if it wasn't quote on quote "church" & I heard someone talking like this about a plant's feelings I would think they've taken drugs!
Speechless. This is so painful to watch. Not so much because of Jamal….but because of the 1000s of people who are being led astray. I pray that the Lord is merciful to those parishioners. I pray that the Lord will bring Jamal to a place of repentance. I…..I…..yeah. Pray children of God! Pray
And to think my bishop talked about the blood of Jesus and the vinegar he had to drink and its significance in saving us from our sin but never once did he say lets talk about how the trees felt 🤔
You mean to tell me, all the broccoli I’ve eaten, I should have considered that broccoli was in pain. I would laugh, if this wasn’t so sad. He actually has people falling for that garbage. We need to pray.
Jamal Bryant is as far from being a pastor as the east is from the west. He’s actually more of a stand up comedian. Unfortunately no one has told told him yet. Did anyone see the lady crying listening to him. Hopefully it’s from heartfelt condolences for this man’s eternity of where he’ll end up if he dosent repent.
Only because I’ve did a little study of the biblical symbolism of trees, he could have actually preached a GREAT message using this topic but he went about his own way 🤦🏾♂️
I couldn’t take a count of the women vs men in the floor. But, in a cursory view of the choir stand, it looked to be pretty even about 6 men and 7 women.
1:21 - Uh-uh! Uh-uh! This dude got me hollerin’ at the TV! “Turn over a new leaf,” refers to a page in a book, Jamal! Really? “Turn over a new leaf?” That’s all you got?! New leaves on plants sprout or unfurl. They do not turn over. 🙄
Well, we all should go to all the flower stores and apologize to all the flowers and plants on behalf of the sales clerks for ripping them out of the ground to sale. Wait, at 7:16, is the lady in the green outfit fighting her tears???😂😂😂😂😂😂 The “touch not my anointed” verse does not refer to not being talked about, it refers to being harmed in a physical form.
