Shakespearean sonnet has nothing to do with octave it's only associated with three quatrain and one couplet so I suggest you review question 10

"Unfold" here means the moment the tensions begin to get heated,spread, built-up or where conflicts begin to happen or manifest. The point of resolution is the point where all conflicts or strands are resolved, which is "denouement. In Freitag's pyramid of action, actions move in 5 stages: exposition-rising action-climax-falling action-conflict resolution.
