Is simple if you read a little bit about him, you realised made his studies in creation of MODERN MUSIC and the modern music is always changing and always new and experimental, so if you like the old school, listened it but stop criticize for no reason the change and his way.
I agree that he has the right to change what he likes, but i love James bay and that song was trash. Waited a longtime for some new stuff from him, just need to see how his new album sounds
People act like he died and came back a complete ly different person. He's still the same guy. Like us he has many layers, even more so because he's an artist. There isn't no wrong change here. Like he said in this interview, he's evolving and staying in one spot is boring. And he wants to push his boundaries, as his fans we need to allow this. He's gonna do it no matter what anyway. Let the man live through his mind right now. In curious to see what else comes off the album now.
Hey! Great interview! Loved the light atmosphere, jokes and questions 10/10. He seems so excited to come back that it only makes ME more excited about his new music. This is going to be amazing!
No, he very recently did a short video explaining the meaning behind Wild Love and he says it's about reconnecting with his gf after like 5 years touring on the road and how he like fell in love all over again. Here's the video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-b5JW8iEMxbc.html
I think the new haircut is great he looks so much more mature and it’s totally sexy. Plus, I love the new musics. Artists evolve and this is his evolution and I’m here for it.
Paula Cronic it’s sad to see him getting so much crap for his new style. He’s just exploring different things. As long as he stays humble and genuine as he’s always been, I’ll accept anything new he tries.
AwkwardKitty7G he looks great. The haircut is amazing and I love the new sound, new music. Artists change and evolve and this is his evolution and I dig it.
Speaking of itchy feet, in Bastille's song Lethargy, there's a line that goes "I've got these itchy feet for a change of scene. I'd do anything to escape it."
I saw SNL when it 1st aired and that's the 1st time I ever saw or heard of him ---I nearly fell off my chair he's so handsome and after seeing a zillion videos of old and new performances I love every single bit of him. Always. --
He looks good either way but I have to say the sparkly clothes (SNL) just made me sad, a serious artist doesn't need all that crap....unless you're Prince. I fell in love with stripped down raw-ness that he had. I don't want a "character", I want real.
He's said several times in interviews that he's not the same person he was 5 years ago when he recorded Chaos and the Calm. He wanted a change, to move forward. Even in this video, he said if he'd didn't change he just be 'standing still' and he doesn't want that. Watch again at 5:30
