I take a trip to Pho 79 in the heart of Orange County's Little Saigon (Westminster, CA). This pho restaurant is a local favorite and has won multiple awards including a James Beard award. Could this be the best pho this side of the Mekong?

Pho 54 is the real OG in little saigon.

#1. You should try it with Fresh or wide flat noodles! More chewy and stay consistent throughout the bowl. #2. Should order side of Oxtails with the meal and eat black/red bean sauce! Melt In your mouth tender. #3. Add a little black and red sauce with generous squeeze of Lemon before mix with the fresh basil’s.
