12:41 As an Artist myself I can tell Wet n Wild's pallete has different Shades and tones of Green and Blue. (Most noticeable) And while the layout is identical the colors are NOT the same. The sizes of the pans are not identical to James's either. So their product is NOT completely identical and this includes the shades and tones of some colors. So idk. Then again James can be upset. Since they have been both released recently. Pause and compare each color and you'll see that these pallettes are NOT identical.
