Rick Sanchez Yup this is a sham and they sure know how to twist it to sound like Comey came out on top when he did the opposite. He perjured himself, and threw that corrupt clintonite Lorreta Lunch under the bus. Trump wanted dinner alone to find out how corrupt he is. People need to go to aim4truth.org and search comey. How is he worth 30-45 million, And how is Hillary who left the Whitehouse broke and as a govt employee become worth 300 million? Comey and clinton go way back. Nice try CBS. Last grasp. Monica Randall watched the whole thing - these here is really the important parts. Where he gets spicy. He was overall more diplomatic because he wants to stay respected, which I think he managed well. However, these are the parts where he goes on a very strategic and intelligent offense. It's really the gist of it right here. Brilliant guy, a real upright man. Trump picked the wrong fight.

Well, he failed the first question, "do you promise to tell the truth" so how would you expect anything else to be true? Must be a sinking feeling to know you are committing purgery when your job is to defend the truth and justice. Is there anything lower really, from a public servant defending our country. My favorite was the next Senate hearing where he has to say over 50 times he couldn't remember anything. Wonder where he is hiding right now.

It's inconceivable that anyone can now think that this man performed a legitimate law enforcement function during the investigation of Hillary Clinton. It's obvious that the dossier was a fake document , that it was ABSOLUTELY purposely used illegally by senior officials of the FBI and the Dept of justice. Comey lied repeatedly on this interview, & regrettable lied to the FISA court, he encouraged other to lie to the FISA court, & I believe Comey HAS to be charged with crimes for falsely presenting info to a FISA court & to obviously lying regularly to Congress.

'I don't trust him, James Comey, he's a proven liar, & leaker. He was part of an effort at the FBI to give Clinton a pass. The way they conducted the investigation was a joke. They were trying to come up with an insurance policy to make sure that Trump didn't win the election. It backfired ... Thank God for favors.

I believe Comey is truthful, but I'm having trouble understanding the shocked, awkward silence reaction to Trump's loyalty request. Just reading about him in the news should make Comey realize that he's a clueless, unpredictable goof-ball. So just explain your job to him like you're educating a student in civics class. I mean the guy isn't Don Corleone for chrisakes. Does anyone out their have the guts to be blunt with this guy?

Before he claimed, and still claimed during the hearing that the FBI were not investigating the Trump campaign. They were however investigating Russian meddling in the election. Despite that, he also claimed Trump fired him because Trump thought Trump was the one being investigated. So, Trump has a lot to hide.

Denna Freed all I can say is he wasn't under personal investigation at the time so comet didn't lie to him. That's not to say that the investigation doesn't intendto eventually target the president himself... Which I'm sure they will. But now it's for the special counsel to decide who is targeted and investigated. If there are tapes the President would never release them because it would incriminate him and him alone.
