The resto was already doing him the favor of cooking something different for him; for him to then go off and complain about a bit of flipping egg white is, at least, tone deff.

The first time it wasn't wrong, it was them adjusting to a dumb request for an omelette made of egg yolks only. Like that is a normal request to begin with?! He spotted a smidge of white and asked for them to cook him a whole other omelette, how is that any acceptable, when they were already doing him the favor of adjusting the dish for him?! I bet that the fry vs salad mistake, that come with the second omelette, came from them simply being busy whilst also further bordoned by a dumb request from a difficult costumer.

Food service industry has gone down hill. It's almost impossible to go more than a day or two without having someone fuck your order up. Entitled people who are too lazy to get a real job but want to get paid more when they are too lazy to do their job correctly and get orders right, EVER. I hate corden, but I agree with him here

Yeah its not easy we are under constant pressure with the heat from the kitchen to cross contamination along with making sure all the product is as fresh as possible in clean container with proper dates and labels then on top of that we need to constantly clean out kitchens to keep rodents and roaches away along with bacteria and viruses like covid, and yet we get paid shit wages for all that work and passion we put into our food we literally cook our asses off to make sure when people like you get a plate of food it genually makes you happy

@@stopthat1546 it’s not entitlement it’s reality. I haven’t gone out for a meal in well over a year and my cooking game is peaking. I was already good at cooking but I make dishes we used to go out for now so there’s no reason to dine out. Pre covid I felt like a customer but I feel like a burden to workers these days. Not sure what calling them entitled means when you are paying for goods and services. Entitled would be acting like James about it, I just choose to not participate period.
