When he finally gets to the news, James looks at Dr. Oz's election chances in Pennsylvania, Vice President Kamala Harris' visit to the Coast Guard graduation, a new Ramen-inspired makeup palette and shares some gripes about the newly-crowned World's Biggest Dog.
