Holden was in his own nieche and did not care about mainstream electronical music for the masses. He probably did not abide to anyone. I think this caused him to be slightly impopular by people who was in charge of the scene and by those who decided who got to be famous or not. Holden has never been a poster boy. Instead he focused on making magic! Take the Björk remix for instance..... Holy shit!

I started in 2000 and it was at its peak going up even further....and for five years in the Czech republic ❤️ all the best DJs and craziest atmosphere

How did my fav dj at the time release an essential mix and I not know about this one. A lot of these songs are on his other sets around this time but nice to hear some new ones on this mix. Holden was definitely ahead of his time. Ushered a new era of progressive house with his Balance release.
