Chuck Findlay was always one of the most underrated trumpet players of his generation. People behind the scenes knew how good he was, but I don’t know if the general public knew much about him. What a great talent!
Chuck Findley's face w/trumpet was on the Front Page of "The Wall Street Journal" 1980 or 1981. It read something like , "Musician, Fortune but No Fame" .

One of Derek’s best friends who was absolutely distraught when the legend passed away. They were very much brothers and it shows in his playing immense if I only had 10% of this guys ability sheer brilliance!!!

Really great orchestra Really great trumpet player Brilliant tone can be thought of as an existence star among the orchestra trumpet. It is a musical instrument that you sing in a loud voice the melody is often the climax of the song. (I feel semitone also can blow recently. Trumpet, rotary trumpet)
