Reminds me a lot of an old guy I knew of YEARS AGO, somewhere near Katy, Texas. His property was hidden behind a lot of trees and bush, but he'd always have something killer sitting out on the end of his lane. Which, I became to be convinced was just bait... Because NOTHING was ever for sale. And I think he liked having the "company" whenever some dope like me would stop to ask about the kool old car up by the road. And the cars were ALWAYS cool... One that comes to mind was a 1950 Mercury Monterey...all original, untouched, Black and yellow, full-house options... And REALLY clean. There were dozens of beautiful old cars on the property, but none were ever for sale. If you asked him why he wouldn't sell a certain car, the answer was always "it'll be worth money, SOME DAY". I'd bet he went to his grave waiting on 'some day'... Where he could have made himself a decent living in his last days, selling off those cars. That poor dog is as fat as a tick. The two '59 Olds 98s were kool... And that '61 Cadillac looked like a rare "Park Avenue" model. They had a shorter rear end than standard, Cadillac marketed them as easier to maneuver in the city.

And what happens when he dies, it all goes to the scrappers. Don't understand why people collect this stuff and just let it go to waste. He'll never do anything with it.!!!!!??????

Its a shame so many classics cars are lost to hoarders that let them rot into the ground. Or they think they are with gold and way over price them so they sit there until they are no longer worth rebuilding.

Love the Old auto wreckers explore videos , feel like a kid on Christmas morning . Was cool to see all those Vegas . My first car was a 73 GT Vega with a small block Chev 327 transplant , Ford 9 inch rear end and a 2 speed power glide auto trans . Was a lot of fun light to light and just to cruise around in on the weekends , looked like a mini Camaro . Thanks for the upload Sir !

I have sold this place 2 cars, one of the 73 chargers not seen in this video, and a 74 also not seen. Was hoping to see how my babies have been doing there. Everyone is stating this man is wasting all these classics. However, they used to restore cars at this shop. Also not seen was a charger that ate a wall flatting one side completely
