As a Bulgarian, I could pretty much guarantee that she resides in somewhere in Eastern Europe (likely northern Greece or Bulgaria) under a new identity with legit ID documents.

@@flyswatter45 No. Not sure what you guys are imagining when thinking of a 'Roma gypsy community' but it's usually like an African slum (and she is not a gypsy but the daughter of a communist agent in Germany). I am sure she has lost the weight and changed her face, got a new Bulgarian ID and is living a regular life either in Bulgaria, Greece or Arabia somewhere. People seem to think that she is *A* scammer. Um, yeah, no... She might have came up with the idea, but in order to run something like this, you need a lot of powerful players involved e.g. the Bulgarian and Russian mafia/governments (she had access to the FBI, come on) and they are still protecting her.

And the reason? As Warren Buffett and others say: there is no intrinsic value in it - it's not a currency and it's not a store of value. It's only worth something if you can sell it for more than you bought it for - means: if you find someone who is willing to pay more. What if people will realize that some day like it was with tulipmania in the Netherlands? Than there would only remain the "greater fool rule" .... So what IS the difference to a scam?

ThisIsCore I doubt a Nigerian Prince can even match an ordinary gypsy let alone one that calls herself a “Doctor” and possibly even denies hey gypsy background. Decades ago Bulgaria conducted assimilation campaigns on her minorities as part of a “one nation” policy. This has brought much criticism and shame to the country but the only people who had no problem giving up their identities were the gypsies. Now a “Bulgarian” crypto queen swindled the world by the billions in an apparent pyramid or Ponzi scheme. Bernard Madoff must be jealous. :)
