I love the Boro, who have a Chairman (Steve Gibson) from a Council estate (Park End) made millions decades ago saved the team from administration in the 80's (the gates were locked and they trained in a local park), he's still there, the club had a campaign quite a few years ago, to try and keep the local steel works open, all fans all showed their phone lights before games, as a reflection of how the steel works furnaces always lit up the sky, the steel works have gone but at least he and the club tried. Can't imagine John Henry and all his cronies every doing anything like that for Liverpool, other than taking some of your games to the great USA. I say hats off to the great Steve Gibson I love LFC but no crowd in Anfield will ever sing the name of their owner like the smog monsters do at the Riverside.

Around half the trophies we have not got over the line when we were in an actual title race or latter stages, Palace have been the stumbling block many times throughout my life.
