Can you fs nose? If you can, just pop the ollie a little bit higher and dont turn your board to much, once you lock it, keep your shoulders turned to the end of the trick and pressure your front truck in that way. Once you learn how to lock it, it became pretty easy to roll away.

try it stalling on a curb or waxed curb

When i learned Fs Crooks i did them first on a literal 5 inch ledge without popping an ollie into it. I would have one back foot on the tail and my front foot on the nose. Go slow, lift up just enough to lock one in and practice getting into position. Once your comfortable with that go a little faster lock one in and hold it there. Just keep doing that and you will get it. Once you do get it you can work on popping into it which will be easier because you already know what to expect. Hope this helps in case you havent learned them yet.

On rails use your heel on your front foot basically as your balance, right on top of the rail and basically think of it as your using your toes to grasp the nose kinda, oh yeah and lose trucks so you can pinch tf outta of em.
