Today I was talking to a friend of mine and he said am weird no boyfriend not like the other girls at school, and i totally love my life, am learning the guitar and he said it wont work out, and learning a new language and also would like to meet new people. Theses past few days I have been telling my friends who are in relationships and ask me why i don't have and i say, am seeking Him first and His righteousness and am going to wait for His best, I trust God on that.. thanks Jamie for this..

This is so important, Jamie!! I find it very unsettling to see girls younger than me talking about their boyfriends and where they want to go next on a date, etc. etc. Love isn't really something that should be rushed, a lot of pain can result from that. Having fun is nice and all but opportunities that you would've seen had you not been busy having fun might just slip past you. Love comes in its own time, right? God has someone prepared for everyone. It's only a matter of patience and prayer. :) Thank you very much for this, I really needed to hear something like this!

To all girls that haven't done any of this stuff like I haven't had my first kiss or sex but this tip will help you, WAIT TILL YOUR MARRIED👍 because God dose not want anyone to have sex or lust because God is not pleased with any of this and if you have done this it's ok but if you drop the ball pick it back up and stay on the right track because Hod is pleased with that👍😃❤️⛪️ #makehimproud😊#

Beautiful, encouraging, inspired. Thank you for putting this up! It's hard being single when all of your friends have boyfriends, and sometimes you start to question if there's something wrong with you, but I always come back to this thought; that God has a purpose for me while I'm single. There's a season for everything, so why waste this season of my life wanting to be in another?

Thank you Jamie I needed to hear this! I ALWAYS get asked at school, at work, with my family, with my friends, and like you said, even at church, "Do you have a boyfriend?? Why don't you have one?? " It bothered me before, esp. since so many of my friends were dating all of the time because "it's fun", but now I realize that waiting is worth it! I just found you and yoyr music gave me the snile I needed to get through my day. My boss has been on my back all day and I will admit,I gave hin the satisfaction of putting me in a bad mood. I thibk your sound,which to me reminds me of a country pop gospel mix,was just the up beat I needed. Our youth needs this on the radio. Have a great day

Preach girl! I'm old fashioned too. My paw paw told my mom and she also told me, "That boys will always be there." You just need to focus on your education first, which I do. I also help out my family and friends. Right now all I need is the Lord! Praise God!

I am in total agreement with you! There's no point in dating just for fun! My friends would tell me "Hey, you need to get a boyfriend!", and I'd always say "Maybe when I find a guy worth my time.". However... I have found the most amazing guy in the world. Which kinda changes things :P *giggle*

Coming from a girl who spent over TWO YEARS on a guy that God did not intend for me, this video was a needed reminder. Waiting is often the tricky part in receiving The Lord's blessings in our lives; and if you're anything like me, you may even consider taking matters into your own hands! Not a good idea, btw... Omg Jamie Grace I LOVE YOU SO MUCH! I was going through rough time because all of my friends are going out on dates and I'm not. And I started to get really depressed. Dating is flesh and it is not going to help you. The bible says it. And people you don't have to start posting mean comments to me just because I'm saying this. Jamie thank you so much for being who you are. I am much older than you and have the husband and kids now, however it was a painful road of confusion and wasted time getting to this point . When I was a young girl dating I did not have amazing examples, or ideas of choices, or even a living out loud relationship with Christ. Thank your parents for me, for raising you to be such a great example to so many of our youth today.
